OUR MISSION
Our mission at USA Prime Central Iowa is to develop confident, disciplined, and competitive baseball and softball athletes by providing elite coaching, structured player development, and opportunities to compete at the highest levels of the game.
Through the strength of the national USA Prime network, we strive to create an environment where players grow not only as athletes, but as leaders and teammates. We are committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game, fostering a culture of accountability and respect, and preparing our athletes for success in high school, college, and beyond.
At USA Prime Central Iowa, we believe the lessons learned on the field—hard work, resilience, teamwork, and integrity—build a foundation for lifelong success both in sports and in life.

Thank you for the opportunity to play the games of baseball and softball and for the teammates, coaches, and families who support us. We are grateful for the gifts and abilities you have given each of us. Help us to compete with passion, integrity, and respect for the game. Teach us to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat. Remind us that the lessons we learn on this field—hard work, perseverance, teamwork, and discipline—shape who we become in life. Guide our coaches to lead with wisdom and patience. Help our players encourage one another and always give their best effort. Protect all athletes, officials, and families in travel and game play. May everything we do bring honor to the game, respect to our opponents, and pride to our community.
